“Spent most of a week in one of the houseboats, it was super clean and comfortable. It was a real nice alternative to a hotel room, fun to watch the fish and manatee from the balcony and the view was awesome too, we will return!”

“I like to be a positive person, after reading mixed reviews on this place we booked it thinking it would be different and fun. It was different alright, as we pull up to the boat to check in (1 hour late mind you) and after receiving all the messages on what to do, Wi-Fi code, door code etc. we are looking at the boat in the day time (deceiving vrbo Pictures, taken at night so you can't see what the boat looks like in the light, classic) The door to the boat was wide open, someone was inside...

“Property was kept up very very well I was very happy”

“Comfy and food location. Fun for our grandson who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Renters should know this is a lot like staying in an RV. Fun and interesting but not luxurious. We knew what to expect and it was great.”

“This was a fantastic property for two couples looking for a long weekend getaway. The location was fantastic - easy drive to Marathon, walking distance to Hawks Cay’s public restaurant and marina, private access to the canal. The private pool was big enough for four adults to cool off from the Florida sun and humidity. A great stay!”

Our only suggestions: please provide garbage bags, laundry detergent, and additional baking pans. :) this would make things a bit easier on a family who utilizes the kitchen and laundry. Overall tho, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.”
