“We had an excellent stay at Coco Plum Beach! The condo was lovely. It was just as described and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the condo complex was not overly large. We had a relaxing stay and look forward to staying here again sometime. ”

“We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, modern, sparkling clean, roomy Vrbo site. The property was even better than pictures and the pool was a perfect way to unwind and relax. We saw manatee, pelicans, and loads of fish. We fished from the Canal itself and had a great time. The Cabana Club had a great beach, pool, restaurant and amenities. Questions were answered within an hour and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall the perfect little getaway in Key Colony.”

“Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed the well appointed rooms, outdoor deck & the unexpected outdoor loft looking out to the ocean. We also appreciated the additional amenities of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. which are not always provided at rentals. The covered parking, elevator & pool were nice features.”

“We stayed here 4 nights end of May. The owners were friendly and helpful with a bait shop on site. This is a perfect place for a guy's or family fishing trip. The on-site boat ramp easily fits our 32' boat. We will stay here again in the future.”

“The fishing jetty was a peaceful and wonderful place for watching sunsets, making new friends and catching fish for supper. We caught our own fish dinner every night while enjoying a beautiful sunset. The apartment was comfortable and clean and fit our needs perfectly. We'll be back.”

“Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful.”

“Efficiency unit. Small, clean and homey. Hosts are very responsive. There was a binder with recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful and appreciated. The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again. ”

We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. “This was a fantastic property for two couples looking for a long weekend getaway. The location was fantastic - easy drive to Marathon, walking distance to Hawks Cay’s public restaurant and marina, private access to the canal. The private pool was big enough for four adults to cool off from the Florida sun and humidity. A great stay!”

Our only suggestions: please provide garbage bags, laundry detergent, and additional baking pans. :) this would make things a bit easier on a family who utilizes the kitchen and laundry. Overall tho, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.”
