“This unit is just outside the city centre and around the corner from a car park, so the location couldn’t have been better. It was well-equipped with all you need for a short stay. Things to keep in mind however, it was very very warm at night due to the heat wave and it being a top floor unit without air conditioning. We were able to make do, but if anyone in your group is particularly sensitive to heat, I might look elsewhere for a summertime accommodation. Also the switches were a bit tricky,...

Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. ”
