“Great location a short walk from Keuka College's nice little beach head, where we swam, kayaked, and played games, and a quick drive to restaurants and shops in Penn Yan. Plenty of bed space for our 4 kiddos and some toys and games to keep them occupied. Clean and comfortable, and lots of helpful instructions for appliances and lights posted throughout the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back through!”

“I very much enjoyed my stay at this property. The cottage was very clean and check-in was very easy. It is located on a gravel road off of the main road--very quiet location with a little pond. It was great to have a screened porch to enjoy the outdoors without the threat of bugs and having the air conditioning and fans was great as the week I had stayed was very hot and humid.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Our children loved roasting smores at the firepit and us adults enjoyed the gorgeous view from the deck. ”

“The property was perfect for a wine vacation with another couple we've known for over 50 years. Definitely a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Keuka Lake. Communications with the owner were fantastic. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as every other room. Wineries, lakes, parks, waterfalls and this property made for a great vacation.”

“We used the property mostly for extra housing for family, so we did not take full advantage of the amenities. The property was nice. We are new to VRBO, so we did not realize that we would need to supply our own towels and linens. There was no a/c, Wi-Fi, or other electronics. This lack did not pose a problem. The days were warm, but the fans cooled off the bedrooms nicely. Overall, we would rent the property again should the family need arise.”
