“Neil was great and very helpful. Place was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to have family dinners a few nights. Beds very comfortable. I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey.”

“This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. The apartment was clean, tidy, but not well equipped for everyday cooking. We had to buy quite a lot of kitchen equipment. Neil and the staff were very helpful. Although there are 2 restaurants within walking distance they are not always open and you need to book in advance. I would recommend a car, if staying here, so that you can shop for supplies and explore...

“Excelente ubicación, frente a la playa, con un buen restaurante al lado. El área es segura, y la habitación muy amplia y equipada. La habitación y los jardines estaban limpios y bien mantenidos. Definitivamente, si regreso a la isla el Antigua Village me hospedaría en el nuevamente.”

“The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. Nice touches with sun cream, towels and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, coffee, some cereals, and biscuits). The half-working grill let us cook some fresh fish. There is one parking spot for all cottages, which was great for our rental car, which highly recommend to have if going to this accommodation. The wifi connection is acceptable for a Zoom call. In total...

“The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. ”

“The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us.”

“It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. ”

“Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!”

“We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! “This Villa is a great home-base for activities in Antigua plus the beach and amenities (Epicurean grocery, Basilico, El Porto, Pop-Up Beach Bar, medical clinics, etc). We visited English Harbour, Shirley Heights, St John’s and Stingray City from here. Perfect for short or long stays. And the plunge pool was such a luxury at the end of hot days!”

“Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. Sarah’s dog Honey was adorable, and Sarah provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, and the cottage was convenient to all beaches..and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island.”

“The Long house is paradise found! My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this beautiful home. It begins with an elegant stone entry and big doors that open to gardens and sky. The next thing you see is a glowing infinity pool and then the view that goes out across inlets of sea, lush green hills and big sky view. I often found myself standing on the veranda and just looking, the changing sky here is a show in itself. The kitchen opens to the outdoors and living space, every wall in this house opens...

“From the booking process to the communication from Jenny and David and all the way through leaving the island was perfect. Valentino greeted us as the airport and was a wealth of knowledge. "Beautiful Beach, mediocre service at best. No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... Not what you´d expect from a $700 / night hotel...... People are nice bur service Really Mediocre"
