“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a little stuffy. Hot water was sometimes difficult to get working. I was disappointed the weekly meet and greet advertised was not on because it was a quiet period. But thanks for the drinks voucher!”

“If it wasn’t for the good natured Tima, the resort mgr,, then I probably would be somewhat hesitant in staying. I used half a can of mortein with 3 cockroaches in the bathroom walls and one scurrying across the bed head ledge on my first night. Then l had clusters of ants in my luggage so when I took clothing out each day, t would have to shake it out. There are no provided drawers for clothing. Also photos on websites of the Cumberland do not show clearly all the areas of the resort. To feature...
