“This property is well situated for walking into town for meals and shopping. It is a little tired,the showers don't work to well, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to self cater, and the beds were clean and comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“I would stay at the Governors Lodge again. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. The cabins are basically a small house and very comfortable. The pool was good. If you have a car you park outside your cabin and the lodge can organise your car hire for you. Tour coaches stop outside reception. Bailey's restaurant is slightly upmarket with delicious food. The only negative is no free wifi and the paid wifi isn't stable. It's a walk into Burnt Pine township but no problem if you're fit.”

“Older property on the islands, but most others accommodation I saw are also older. This was conveniently located with lots of parking. Big enough rooms. There is well stocked kitchen in the main lobby if you need to do light cooking. Only thing is they also provide rental car option which I could not find anywhere on expedia or the hotel website. “The apartment and its amenities met all my expectations, except for the internet service, which was lousy. There is a Norfolk Telecom wi-fi hotspot on the property, however its line-of-site service does not extend to all the apartments. There was no service at all to my apartment and I was forced to go outside and sit in the BBQ area to get any reception.
