“Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. ”

“The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. I was beyond mad, left the counter. When I came back she told me it was all arranged & taken cared of. ”

“The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is good, but there are no toiletries. You have to buy then in the lobby. There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria.”
