Family of 6. Stayed in April 2025. The resort was clean, modern, and ideal for families. We booked two family rooms with balconies overlooking the pool. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant, where staff kindly sang for a family member’s birthday. Food was delicious. The two pools were perfect, and rooms had air-conditioning. The balcony had a rack for drying swimsuits—very convenient.
A couple of issues, though:
1. **Egg station at breakfast** needs improvement. The chef was by themself and confused, and orders were delayed and got mixed up. Guests were waiting too long or taking eggs that weren’t theirs because they did not want to wait any longer. Suggest assigning a second staff member to take and manage orders by table number. Our daughter didn’t even get her eggs until we were finished eating.
2. **Shuttle coordination for private tours** was disappointing. Our tour ended early, but there was no shuttle back. The front desk told us to wait an hour, pay for private shuttle, or pay for tricycles. We paid a premium for the private tour and expected better coordination. Staff insisted we use their shuttle but failed to provide return service without extra cost. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. We had a rental car and we could’ve just used our own car if we knew this would happen.
Despite these issues, the resort was still a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.
