“This is a lovely hotel very welcoming from the start. We were checked in by Ishi who was friendly and extremely helpful as we're all the staff. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. The food was delicious both for the evening meal and the breakfast. Very good value as well. There had been lots of work done here recently and some more to finish all being done to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend staying here very good value indeed. ”

Lovely sea view, great room, lovely breakfast. Great facilities finding surprising in the never ending corridors. A snooker room, pool And gym and a great ball room. A lovely chilled out overnight stay. Definitely recommend.”

“We needed to stay over only as had a private function in Blackburn . The check-in was very easy, short and informative . A clean relaxing room. Breakfast was okay, maybe better presentation of the hot food in particular would have been appreciated. ”

“Stopped here two nights. However were on two separate bookings as plans changed. The second night the key card needed to be changed before could access room. Also the shower was stuck on the top hot setting which made showering extremely hazardous. ”

“Second stay at Mode which is fast becoming our go-to for the events that we occasionally attend in Lytham. Rooms are modern and clean and we really appreciate the Queen size beds which make us feel at home! Also fantastic value for money and communication was spot on. Mode are doing things right.”
