“I like the way they combine modern convenience with this very old building. I thought the decor in the rooms attempted to achieve this combination but it was a bit bland overall. Internet connection was great, and appreciated. Some of my party wanted to stay up late….we were staying in preparation for a funeral the next day, which was taxing for all of us …staying up late was not welcomed by the staff on duty, and all the lights were turned off outside which made it a bit treacherous when...

“Lovely place and surroundings with very friendly staff. The garden studio was lovely. The only couple of negative points I had were: the blinds and window areas were very dirty with cobwebs in the window area near the bed, so I didn't open the windows. The room smelt like dogs in places. I'm aware pets are allowed but I thought a thorough clean would take place before the next guest. It wasn't great for my asthma symptoms. Apart from this, it was all fine :-)”
