“We did not stay went to the room and it was absolutely filthy. Bugs all over the room and the floor clearly was not washed since the last guests left. Shower was dirty and fridge still had food spill from previous geusts inside. We left and found alternative accommodation as room was not fit for a stay. Very disappointed given the fee they charged.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating even through two complications. First the battery on the room door was dead so I could not get in because the card could not activate the door lock. Second, the toilet in the new room they sent me to was plugged. The staff was very helpful and corrected both problems quickly and pleasantly. Gratefully there were no more issues.”

“They had no record of my booking and made me pay again. Reception could not check to see if the booking had been made. Other staff, in bar and restaurant, were very good. Food was disappointing - old fat and half fried chips. Not somewhere I would stay again. Shower stall was missing a panel.”
