“The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. “We did not stay went to the room and it was absolutely filthy. Bugs all over the room and the floor clearly was not washed since the last guests left. Shower was dirty and fridge still had food spill from previous geusts inside. We left and found alternative accommodation as room was not fit for a stay. “I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay for me and two work colleagues. Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon, 6th August 2023, the lady at reception said that she had no record whatsoever of our bookings and said that we couldn’t stay as the hotel was fully booked. When I showed her the paperwork from Hotels.com confirming the booking she was unmoved and refused to honour our booking. No apology although she did telephone a local guest house and they accommodated us for our 4 night stay.”
