“I have stayed at/visited several hotels in Gaborone, some of which might be classed as more "high end". The Travelodge compares with and often surpasses mostnof them. The rooms are large, comfortable and impeccably clean (as is the whole hotel). Dinning options are good but the real gem is the quality and friendliness of the staff throughout, from reception to housekeeping to dinning/bar staff. Clearly led by a friendly and dedicated GM. Highly recommended!”

“We had a really nice room; it was spacious, comfortable and witha good bathroom, including separate shower and bathtub. The decor is lovely and has a bit of an old colonial feel. However, this hotel has definitely seen better days. It could do with a bit of maintenance and modernisation to give it a new lease of life. The pool was terrible - very small, dirty and just not a great corner of the hotel plot. The breakfast was nice, but you hvaeto cross the carpark to go to the bar/restaurant......

“The property met my needs. As I was attending a conference rather than holidaying, these were pretty basic. It’s well located for the airport and being close to the shopping centre was handy. The decor in the room felt quite dark and oppressive and I’d have had a better nights sleep if the room were a couple of degrees cooler.
