“The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. Some switches on walls do not control anything. The front door lock gap issue and the damaged towel rack is a main concern,...

“Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. ”

“Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. ”

“It was a wonderful experience! Perfect location! The Studio is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean, all working well, kitchen equipped with everything you need, perfect for a small family (4 people). “We loved our stay at Turkish Delight, and I'd recommend it to pretty much anyone else (as long as you weren't booked during a time we'd like to book, that is...) I would make two recommendations to the property manager, though: 1.) the place needs a cutting board; and 2.) it can also use sink sponges. We missed these two items.
