“Nice property. The benches located at the top of the beach access were perfect for my mother-in-law who has mobility y issues but loves being close to the waves. The area is really nice but severely underlit. If you venture out after sunset be on the lookout for pedestrians and cyclists. ”

“The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. “Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. ”

“We loved our stay here!! Being so close to the boardwalk to the beach was perfect and made our trip so much easier. Unfortunately the WiFi was out 3/4 nights of our trip, but the communication with the property manager was constant and they did everything in their power to get it resolved for us as fast as they could. “This location is perfect. The common space is a little cramped for more than 3 adults but rooms are a decent size. I'm so used to staying at properties that are stocked with the basics (salt and pepper, trash bags, coffee filters, etc.) that I forgot to bring any of them. “When we arrived the kitchen garbage disposal was full of rotting fish, and the whole condo smelled like rotten fish. This was not addressed. Also, internet didn't work, and someone showed up the next morning and did not fix it but came in unannounced while we were still in bed. Also, there was only one fork, so we had to share a fork at mealtimes.”

“This a nice unit in a lovely, well-maintained building. We always stay on a lower floor to avoid the elevators, but we never saw anyone waiting, so we used them often. We rented bikes and were able to get anywhere we wanted...didnt use our car at all.”
