“Property and host were both great! I experienced a strange glitch when booking this VRBO trip through Expedia. I could not connect the reservation to my VRBO account and VRBO was unable to resolve the issue. However, they put me in direct contact with the host, who was very professional and communicative. We enjoyed staying in this cute property on beautiful Balboa Island. Highly recommend. ”

“This little charm was a nice place to stay. The floors were cleaner than anywhere I’ve stayed. The queen bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was really good. Towels and sheets were soft and smelled fresh. Easy walk to beach. There was no ocean view- maybe if it were sunnier I could see it standing in the house through some power lines. Could not hear ocean from the cottage even though the location is so close to the beach. Good communication from Riki. Enjoyed my stay. ”

“Beautiful charming artistic cottage with incredible succulent gardens. We really enjoyed soaking up the sun while sitting in the garden, watching the birds. It was a short but very steep 4 block walk to Laguna beach which was a bit of a challenge for old knees but so gorgeous upon arrival. We'd like to stay again!”

For us unlucky ones that have to work while there, a little desk would be appreciated, as would be instructions so that we don't have to bother landlord so much. “We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Fine little cottage right on the PCH and comfortable walk to Victoria Beach! House had all essentials except for an iron and ironing board. Also, questionable whether or not the bed is actually a king-sized bed as stated on the listing. It was much smaller than anticipated and looked to be the size of a queen. Beside that, the stay was pleasant and met our needs. The communication with caretaker was quick, thorough and helpful. Would recommend this location for future stays. Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved the location and patio. It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice.
