“A really unique location in a converted boathouse right on the waterfront. When not out and about we spent a happy time just sitting watching the tide come in and out with loads of bird-life and passing cruise linsers. Right by Waitrose for emergency shopping and very short walk to restaurants”

“The location, the house, wow this was absolutely faultless. 7 adults, 1 teenager and 2 two dogs for 3 nights at new year and it was everything we hoped for. Spectacular views and perfect for the storm as we hunkered down and had a fire in the comfortable lounge playing games. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and each bathroom was spacious and very clean. The whole place, just incredible!”

“We stayed over the New Year and would recommend, as Swanage stayed open and there was lots to see and do. The accommodation was perfect, being in the heart of town but still peaceful and close to beach. We found on street parking easy.”

“Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. “The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!”
