“Loved our stay I wish they have shuttles to the town but I guess taxi was fine, though every trip was priced differently…that was weird but that’s not part of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, lunch was delicious every time. Pool clean they had towel service. Overall great! ”

“hotelkamer en het hotel zelf erg ruim. Onbeschofte en ondeugende medewerkers, vooral die van aguapark. Zeer slecht Engels gesproken en slechte service. Noch slecht, noch erg goed eten. In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije”
