Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place . And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights . “If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. Two days in a row I found small bugs just walking around...
