“This is a rental with an amazing view. Each level has a balcony. The hot tub was clean and most of the light switches are labeled for ease of use. The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. “The cabin was great. The perfect size for the 4 of us. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. Its a good location to get around Pidgonforge and a short drive to Gatlinburg (traffic permitting). We were doing distillery tours and the location is perfectly located in the middle of everything. “We had an amazing time in Pigeon Forge! The cabin's location was perfect—most attractions were within a 30-45 minute drive. We enjoyed zip lining, white water rafting, the mountain coaster, shopping, hiking, and dining out. The cabin comfortably accommodated our group of 12, and the amenities were fantastic: hot tub, bag set, putt putt, pool table, dart board, and pool. The only downside was that one of the pull-out couches was broken, so we couldn't use it. Overall, it was a great experience!”
