“Overall, we had a great trip. There was nothing that lessened the enjoyment we had together as a family. However, there were a few things that may be normal in a mountain log cabin, but perhaps could be upgraded. “The property was nice overall and the open family room and fireplace were great. This was a good experience but property could use some TLC. Here is the list of negatives. Some of the beds need replaced in the basement. They had really big indentions and ours sounded like the springs were coming out the bottom. The rooms upstairs and downstairs were pretty hot and the thermostats didn’t seem to control the temperature correctly. Many doors had really loose door handles so did the kitchen cabinet...
