“Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. “I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
