“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! We would definitely recommend and return!”

“The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones.”

“Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again. ”

“Easy Checkin, clean and spacious 3 level townhome. Reverse layout with bedrooms on bottom floor took getting used to but not an issue. People next door were a little loud at night so walls must be thin but they quieted without us having to complain. About 15-20 minute walk to town or short car ride if can find parking. Enjoyed our stay and 2 car parking eas a bonus. ”

“Awesome location! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Nice big open floorplan - lots of natural light! Perfect set up for our stay! Prior to check in we received a very detailed welcome book w/ all the information we needed during our stay; check-in/check-out instructions, etc. We had trouble w/ the code getting into the unit (our fault) and Matt responded within minutes. We had a great weekend and worked perfectly! Highly recommend!!”

“Troy’s place is nicely decorated and very clean ! You can walk to everything . It is such a great location ! It was nice to have the public parking across the street and that it is free October 31 to April 30. My only suggestion would be to have kitchen knives and a toaster . We like to cook breakfast. I would definitely recommend Troy’s place. ”

“The property was perfect for us. Our kids and granddaughter enjoyed the space which was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had a fire alarm issue the first night which was quickly remedied by a maintenance crew the next day. It is a great place for a family get together.”
