Property host could have maybe a local map or list with local grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies etc. also there were not enough utensils and only 1 knife. Really liked the property but had to buy some dishes and an air mattress because the futon was suitable for seating but not ideal for sleeping.

Location, location, location
I was in Cleveland for a wedding and the unit was central to everything. I did not spend much time in unit but the bed was comfortable and the unit extremely quiet. I took a self guided tour of Cleveland and was able to see all the sports venues, the Rock& Roll Hall of Fame and many museums all within a short walk.

Pool & rooftop patio were definitely nice amenities. The apartment itself was decent. The towels & washcloths could’ve been a little higher quality, the washcloths were literally just microfiber cleaning cloths. The checkin process was a nightmare. The instructions did not match the actual steps needed to gain access. It would’ve been nice to have an easier way to directly contact the host to assist in checkin. Walking back & forth from one room to another multiple times trying to following the written instructions was extremely frustrating & anxiety inducing. After finally getting in contact with host & locating the key fob, the rest of the stay was quite nice. Some other things that could be improved are the quality of the couch (had almost zero cushion on seat), & maybe putting a small TV in the bedroom. Overall quality of unit for the price was very reasonable though. Would probably book again.

Great stay but could be improved
The check in was slightly confusing but after texting with the host, who responded quickly, we figured it out. Once you’re in, we did really like how secure the building is & the area feels very safe to walk anywhere. The unit was clean with new updates. The pool and the gym is amazing (pictures don’t do it justice). Outside the building are tons of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. You can walk to see the Guardians, Browns or Cavilers. There is an awesome market in an old bank just a block away. You don’t need to bring anything but clothes when you stay here. Small little inconveniences were there was only 1 coffee mug in the kitchen and limited plates. The bed is very firm and the pillows weren’t the greatest. I would suggest leaving more than 3 towels for guests. The shower is VERY weak water pressure. Tried to go to the roof top terrace but our key card would not give us access for whatever reason. The parking garage across the street is shut down but there is another around the block. Finally, our last complaint which was the biggest, the room smelled as if the last guests smoked marijuana. We would wake up at night and could still smell it. The next day, we opened the window early and placed a fan bringing in fresh air and the smell went away. Later the next night we could still slightly smell it. For the price, this is a great place and recommend staying here.

Clean Place & Great Location!
Unit is as pictured with a fantastic location at a reasonable rate. Roof deck is cool, but locked for a few days. We found relatively cheap parking the days we had a car (1/2 the time). Posted check in instructions need to be updated, but once you locate the key fob, it's all good. Pots and pans are a plenty, but some real dishes and cup/glasses are needed. Grocery store is a couple doors down making it easy to cook meals and save $. Washer and dryer were easy to use and came in handy. The bed need a new mattress or a faom pad upgrade along with a couple pillows. Nice to be home in our own bed after 6 nights. A couple nights would not be a problem. Host is awesome! Would stay again.

Great location
Great spot if your attending Guardians baseball game. Owner was very quick to respond to us. Apartment was very modern and has great amenities!
