“Fantastic place, quiet, great views, and close to Selfoss with shops and activities. Just a few kilometers from the famous "Golden Circle." The accommodation is very clean and tidy. Petra is an exceptional host, very kind and helpful. We needed help with the car, and she was available immediately. We've been traveling around Iceland for a while now, and this is the best accommodation. A 5, but I'd rate it 10. Highly recommended.”

“This property was a great place to start our visit to Iceland. The beds were comfy and it was a 30 minute walk to the downtown area. There was also a nice trail along the sea just 5 minutes away. Communication with the hostess was quick and easy. We would totally stay here again on our next visit!”

“This place was really nice! It’s an old house, but very cute. Everything works and is very comfortable. It is fully furnished. It has a huge TV and many interesting books that we enjoyed. It’s also walkable to the harbor + some other bakeries and activities. Andrew l, the host was very nice and helped us a lot with getting comfortable. He also gave us many awesome recommendations nearby! Highly recommend this place. ”

“Everything was just perfect. The house is new, very beautiful and super clean. Comfy beds, big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen... Judith, the hostess, is very nice and helpful, true representative of icelandic population. We also rented the car, which is well maintained and worked perfectly for us. The location is great to visit the south of Iceland: Golden Circle, Landmannalaugar, Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River and even Skógafoss. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit...

“Brilliant property. Peaceful and isolated but just 4 mins drive to Selfoss where everything you need can be found. Loved the hot tub and that you fill it with geothermal water every time you need it. Very spacious and superbly equipped. We just loved every aspect of this property and would absolutely stay again if we come back to amazing Iceland. ”

“Mid-century Modern house with wonderful architectural details. Lots of level changes so short stairs to most rooms. Lots of room, furniture is comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Short walk to the Reykjavik hot pools that we unfortunately didn't find time for. The bus route 14 stops are a 1 min walk in either direction so that was a super easy way around the city. Short taxi ride to/ from the cruise terminal cost us 4000ISK for 4.”
