“We wanted to stay near Paestum where my wife's father was during World War 2. The Expedia and hotel web site and previous reviews and pictures and views of the sea swayed us to stay here. The views were fantastic, however - Around 3pm on Wednesday Sept 18, 2013 my wife and I arrived at the Hotel Residence Le Terrazze in Agropoli, Italy. It was CLOSED!!! When I made the reservation I did note the hotel was closed from October 1 until the Spring. We were somewhat frantic being in a foreign country...
