“Spent 4 nights here with a group of 6 and we had an amazing time. Ben made sure the beach was clean and we had wood for evening fires. The water was calm, clear and gorgeous. We took advantage of the kayaks & paddle boards every day. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals daily and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again, however I would bring heavy duty bug spray w DEET. 4 of our 6 went home with head to toe no-see-um bites that are absolutely torturous.”

“The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound.”

“We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.”
