“This community of cabins is located off the beaten path, with little to no call phone coverrage. We booked this a few hours before arriving, while on the Skyline Drive. When we arrived the check in staff had left at 5:00. There was information posted outside, with wifi access (which helped me access my Expedia reservation information) and phone numbers to call (but no cell service).
