“The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. ”

“The Wyndham Kingsgate report in Williamsburg VA is an excellent family resort/hotel. The amenities are suitable for all ages. They offer a wide variety of activities—3 beautiful large heated pools including an indoor pool, arcade games, miniature golf, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping pong and a large gym. There is an onsite restaurant and bar as well. In addition the location is only a short distance to Colonial Williamsburg which is a must to visit. And if you are interested in history...

There is a coffee maker in the lobby where the coffee beans are freshly ground for every cup made! And it was delicious! One can select the type of coffee bean, and there is also hot chocolate. Our particular unit was very clean and very well equipped. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Our property manager was very easy to get along with, and very accessible. ”
