“Property basically met our needs, we each had a comfortable room to sleep in and 2 full bathrooms made it easy for 3 to get ready for the day. My brother has owned rental property and he was very uneasy about the inside stair depth and lack of railing. We were always very cautious using them. I was also uneasy in the neighborhood where, in fact, a house nearby did actually catch fire which was a noisy and unsettling event. “Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. ”

“You should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again.”
