“I like simplicity when it comes to lodging so I can spend more money in dining away and other activities with my familia; this hotel also offered me the oportunity to Cook in the room, that's why I chose it. It's good to remember to bring your pots or pans and a couple of dishes! The smell in the corridor should be resolved to improve the guests experience.”

“Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer...

“Located conveniently near the interstate, this tastefully updated small farmhouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The large king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied, charcoal grill, portable fire pit, and outdoor chairs added a great touch. Front and side porch/deck was very comfortable for outdoor sitting. Likely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Great choice for time away! ”

“Such a cool place to stay. 15 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway with beautiful Mountain views from the front porch of my cabin. Each cabin has two rooms but if you’re just renting one, they won’t put strangers next door...so you have the place to yourself. Staff was so nice. I didn’t eat meals there but found it very charming that they serve family style and even ring a bell when it’s time to eat. The whole stay was like taking a step back in time in the best way. I’ll definitely be back.”
