“The apartment was well located but it wasn't clean enough. There was socks from the previous guests and even metro tickets under the sofa from 2022, so it was lacking a general cleanup since a long time. Also it was too noisy, there were HVAC machines working all day long just one meter from the windows and they weren't soundproof. Therefore, if you're going during summer you will hear that sound even during the night. Despite this cons, the apartment is well located and it's well equipped....

“The apartment was super clean. Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night.”

“Me and a friend stayed in this apartment for 3 days and it was great! Apartment was very clean and close to the subway station. Some of the best restaurants and bars are right around the corner or not more than a couple blocks away. The space in the loft is incredible and each of us had our own suite. “This property was in the heart of Montreal, with shops and restaurants steps away. We thought the photos didn't do justice do the space itself, as it's really quite nice, although some of the bedrooms were pretty small. The owner was extremely communicative and made things easy. ”
