“Lovely room friendly staff amazing breakfast ”

“We had a couples weekend away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and comfortable. Food took a little time to come out, however was well worth the wait! Giant pizzas (enough for 2 of us to share) and highly recommend the ham croquettes!! Buses to the city centre are just outside and frequent. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back again.”

“It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay . I’ve to go the reception front desk asking for fresh towels every evening. The only positive thing for this hotel are the gym facilities. Regards ”

“Free parking, so big that local vintage car club used it as meeting point. Enjoyed the duck for dinner and cooked breakfast in the morning. Room was bigger than expected, clean and quiet. Some parts looked like they needed redecorating but it is an old coaching inn. Only ten minutes from Dyrham Park.”

“Ett jätte mysigt hotell/motell i bra skick. Se till att få rum i vänstra delen om du står i receptionen. Annars får du rum mot motorvägen. Bra resturanger i närheten. ”

“La habitación estuvo muy bien, no hacen la habitación ni cambian toallas durante la estancia. El personal bien. No me gustó mucho las opciones que habían alrededor del hotel, el transporte está un poco alejado y está a más de media hora del centro, pero en general fué una buena estancia”
