“My elderly parents were coming to Jacksonville for my grandsons wedding and needed a place to stay that would accommodate my moms physical limitations. The cottage was beautifully decorated and easy to maneuver through with a walker. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Location was quiet, safe and close to all JAX beach has to offer. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. My mom is looking forward to staying there again. ”

“This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend.”

“This is the fourth time that we have stayed in the Cottage by the Sea. We have enjoyed every trip. We love the cottage and its location on the beach plus its access to restaurants and shopping. Amy is very accommodating and responsive. Recent renovations have been made to the cottage and improved the property even more. I recommend wholeheartedly.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Norris Cottage! The house was so cute, clean and comfortable. All the little touches in the house made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Enjoyed our day at Cumberland Island. Eileen was an excellent host and was very responsive. We all enjoyed our coffee sitting in the screened in porch. The squirrels and little lizards in the yard put on a show fir us! The Keurig coffeemaker and assorted coffees were convenient and easy. Thank you so much!!”

“This VRBO was excellent, It was everything in the description and more. The Beach is steps away and you have to yourself. Absolutely private and so comfortable. The owners are there for any questions, we fortunately didn't need them for anything. I would recommend this VRBO for any couple that is looking to getaway.”

“washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay”

“They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles.”
