“My elderly parents were coming to Jacksonville for my grandsons wedding and needed a place to stay that would accommodate my moms physical limitations. The cottage was beautifully decorated and easy to maneuver through with a walker. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Location was quiet, safe and close to all JAX beach has to offer. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. My mom is looking forward to staying there again. ”

“This was a great find right on the beach. Home was well appointed with all the necessities and then some. It is right on the beach with its own deck where you can watch and listen to the breaking waves. Everything you need is for a pleasant stay is right there. Check in checkout was a breeze and Amy was attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend! t was a breeze and Amy work with”

“I get woken up by a phone call 11:30 PM the night before check in saying the county has turned the water and electricity off. The county says it is uninhabitable. I had friends in the area and they sent me a photo showing the county shut them down three days prior to the call. The house was in shambles. No way someone was/will stay there. We had twelve family members coming. Some flying from NY. AND... this rental was for fourth of July week! Good luck finding a place for 12 people for the next...

“This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Norris Cottage! The house was so cute, clean and comfortable. All the little touches in the house made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Enjoyed our day at Cumberland Island. Eileen was an excellent host and was very responsive. We all enjoyed our coffee sitting in the screened in porch. The squirrels and little lizards in the yard put on a show fir us! The Keurig coffeemaker and assorted coffees were convenient and easy. Thank you so much!!”

“The property was very clean and welcoming. The owner was very responsive and we especially appreciated the no pets policy. The attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add a disposal, but again, wonderful stay! We will definitely plan to rent again in the future!”

“washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay”
