“13 miles of beautiful beach accessible from the grounds of this condo building. Hear annd see the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom! Everything you need for your stay is provided- beach umbrella, beach towels, games if it rains. The old historic district of Fernandina Beach is 5 mile drive. Great restaurants too. The condo is quite comfy but somewhat dated. All in all a pleasant stay. ”

“Luis was an amazing host. My 77 year old mom was fleeing to jax from Hurricane milton in ft. Myers. We have cats and she's allergic so we needed to find somewhere for her to stay. Luis didn't have the home listed as available for the 1st day but he called vrbo and was able to add the night so she could be safe. He was super communicative, and just so sweet. The home itself was bigger than expected, so clean, updated and just felt like home. A great place for her to be in this stressful time....
