“Cosy casita that leaves nothing to be desired. Great furnishings, everything in the kitchen too. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem even in July, as it was not so hot and ceiling fans provided a pleasant room climate. There are fly screens in front of almost all the windows. “My sister and I stayed here for four nights. Great location! Easy to find. Cute place with everything we needed. Full kitchen. Easy walk to the beach! Hot water! Nice towels! We felt safe here! ”

“It was nice to stay away from the touristy areas. We rented bikes and they were perfect to ride to Mission and Pacific Beaches. We also rode to the beach nearest to us where we had breakfast and lunch. They made an exception for our large dog and the place was perfect for our short adventurous stay. ”

“We came to San Diego to reunite with our son after his 9 month deployment. This adorable house was the perfect place for us to unwind, and spend quality time. The beds were super comfy, hot tub experience was amazing, directions & check in were easy. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, enjoying morning coffee, & relaxing. “The rental was clean and comfortable, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We parked our car at the start of our stay and didn't drive again until we left. The private parking area is an extra bonus. There is also a great backyard area for eating and just hanging out.”

“My husband and I wanted to visit OB dog Beach and this place was perfect for the 2 of us. It would be tight if you had additional guests. We loved the little fenced in yard and propane gas fire table outside. The casita is shaded by large trees and stays cool with the fans and ocean breeze. The property management company left us a special note and the place was very clean. We hope to return!”

“This is a nice little beach house in a quiet neighborhood. It is comfortable and conveniently located near Mission Bay and the beach. It was great for our girls week at the beach. The biggest plus is having the parking space right behind the unit. This is a typical beach community where parking can be difficult. The kitchen is adequately supplied including dishes for children. “This is a great place to stay. Very clean, beds were super comfortable, plenty of pillows, A/C, lots of pots and pans to cook with, and the couch was comfortable as well. The outside shower is a must to get all the sand of you and your kids. Two bathrooms was a nice plus. The only thing missing is access to a washer and dryer which was not in the listing but would have been super nice. ”
