“My wife and I had an incredible stay at this property from Nov 15-18, 2024. Kye meet us on arrival and talked us through everything while also providing all kinds of tips on local restaurants and activities. He also let us know about the Ride Circuit app where we can call local transportation to take us around Seal Beach for only $2 per person per ride. Very convenient. It was incredibly clean and absolutely silent at night. The gas fireplace was wonderful and cozy in the chilly evenings...

“The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!). The kitchen has a TON of equipment if you are keen to cook any of your own meals. Beds were comfortable, fold out sofa was fine (fold out sofas are what they are). “We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.”

They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! “A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. ”
