Most places have a booklet or paper stating where to find things such a pool or near by attractions there was absolutely nothing at this place. The place was stinky and completely dirty. There was spiders and cobwebs all over the walls and in every corner. The little patio was covered in dirt,leaves and dead bugs. “We enjoyed the location of this home! Easy to take the ferry or walk into town. Home was beautiful and having a parking spot every day and not having to look for on street parking was icing on the cake! The cleaning person forgot to change the sheets in the master bedroom because they were not clean at all but I am sure it was just an oversight. We will definitely be staying here again!!”

“This is a great rental, best beds, pillows, and bedding of any rental I’ve stayed in. The rental has a bevy of beach towels and toys (buggie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, coolers, and canopies) with a convenient outdoor sand shower. ”

“A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. ”

“This condo was perfect for our family. The first thing you notice upon entry is the view of the Pacific Ocean. The beds were comfy and the condo was well stocked. There were plenty of fans to move the cool ocean breeze around the condo. We will definitely be back!”
