“Great location, great apartment”

“Nos gusto mucho, siempre hubo una excelente comunicación, las explicaciones muy claras, todo estaba en orden y limpio. Todo funcionaba y teníamos dos restaurantes-bares muy cerca. Los fines de semana un mercado local, la parada del camión a un par de cuadras. La zona es segura. ”

Having a supermarket right next door was extremely convenient. The kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, even though I didn’t cook during my stay. “This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.”
