We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. “This was the perfect stay for four moms and daughters. The top floor was excellent to give our four teenagers their own space. Communication was always within an hour - often times within five minutes. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dinnerware.Side note: this property does not have any oils/spices, so make sure you grab some if you’re cooking. Publix is a five minute golf cart ride away!Six bikes in excellent condition, golf cart provided....
