“We spend 5 days at this condo and enjoyed very much. Location is perfect, right between two beautiful towns, Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. Walkable distance to beaches and restaurants. Love the warm waters and white sand beaches..”

“Absolute paradise. Right on the beach. The chair service was amazing. Set up every morning. Just a short walk down the stairs, and you are on the beach. Condo was spotless. We will definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Great communication from the management company. We were given a door code, so check in/out was easy. Good location - walking distance to everything. Unit is right by the stairway. Be aware there is no ceiling fan in the bunk bed room. Also, the second bedroom does not have a black out shade, so the exterior lights shine through the window.”

“We loved staying in The Village of South Walton Beach. Close to shops, dining, live music and rental bikes right outside our door. The pools were just steps away with one being heated. The unit was beautifully decorated and we will definitely be back in the future! ”

“Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. “Overall, we had an amazing trip to 30a. The condos location was great, I would have liked a shorter walk to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. We lucked out on the weather, it was hot but no rain the entire week and a nice breeze the majority of our stay. The condo needs a good clean, there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers and something spilled in one of the lower cabinets. I realize it is the end of the summer and it will get a thorough cleaning soon but it was a little disappointing. The beds...
