"Muy lindo el hotel , habitaciones cómodas, limpias, excelente ubicación.Solo que a las 8am los de limpieza en habitaciones hacen mucho ruido y te despierta el ruido. Es época de auroras y los turistas venimos a verlas. Nos develamos hasta 4am cada día y a las 8 comienzan con ruidos en el hotel y eso nos despertó las 3 noches que pasamos ahí. Amanece hasta las 11 am creo deberían comenzar con la limpieza en ese horario. "

"The place seemed bigger from the photos, there were very little services at the property. No room cleaning, which is not specified when booking. The location is beautiful over the lake, but after that there is not much to do or additional amenities at the property. Another set back is that the meals are fixed to set menu for all of them, which you have to prebook. I suggest they could have additional options, considering there is no place around to go for a lunch or snack in more than 1 hour drive around, and it is not always possible to adjust to just a fixed schedule, specially on vacations. Also, there is no alert of auroras viewing, which is the reason we are staying there, and you should rely on your own ability to wake up to try and see them. I would suggest a stay of 2 nights at maximum at this property."
