“The Craven Arms is the most welcoming, amazing pub we've been lucky to visit in the UK. The stories about the owners and the pub are amazing. The regulars were super welcoming and happy to share a few pints and swap stories. The food is excellent and services is great! And then there are the shepherd huts, so cozy, I only wished I stayed longer. I'll certainly be back!”

“We had a one night stop over. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room very clean, bed comfortable. In a quiet place. Plenty of tea and coffee. We were given a parking permit which was a nice touch. Arrived late afternoon took a walk down to the esplanade which was lovely lit up. ”

“The location was great, we had an absolutely brilliant time. The bedrooms were cleaned and looked after well. The location are ideal for people wanting a relaxing holiday away from hustle and bustle or just to spend time on fishing, just few driving minutes to York. ”

“Beautiful lodge. Clean, including the hot tub and sauna. Very close to local amenities. A little too close to building sites so not super quiet until after 7pm. After 7pm, a beautifully peaceful little area.”

“This property is exactly as described, it is large and spacious and really nicely furnished. The large outdoor space and pond are really nice views and give a real sense of privacy. We took 2 large dogs as well as 4 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room. It is a great property in a good location and we had a really enjoyable stay”
