“We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here with two of my daughters and one special needs granddaughter age 18 months. It is a lovely home in a great spot. Close to the wedding venue, the beach, Providence and with a great view. The host family was quite accommodating as we needed to check in early for the baby. Also being close to CVS and groceries for any amenities was amazing. Would Iove to stay here again. ”

The filter on the fridge for the water needed replaced. The skillets were teflon and flaking, so not really desirable for using but we had to anyhow.”

It is just too expensive for what they offer Really bad experience.”

“Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed.”

“Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors. “We are from the Midwest and were in Rhode Island to tour colleges. We treated the trip as a mini-vacation. The house is spacious with three levels. It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking.
