“The place was extremely cleaned and organized! Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Only wish that the host communicated more with us prior to our check-in day and on the check-out requirements. ”

“Great location in South Boston. The apartment has everything you can think of, plus the host provided coffee and water for the five of us. That was very much appreciated after a full day out in Boston. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a parking space too! I would definitely recommend. ”

“The host was exceptional and so kind. The location was in close proximity to 3 quaint New England small towns whose downtowns had many restaurants and local shops to enjoy-Great Barrington (GB Eats for breakfast), Stockbridge (best shopping) and Lenox (exceptional dinner at Frankie’s Italian). The house looked updated on the outside but inside looked like early 1900s with a hint of Victorian influence. My only caution is for anyone with mobility issues as all 3 bedrooms and the only (very small)...

“Great convenient quiet location . Air conditioning worked great on warm days. Lots of room for our party of 4 adults, 1 teen.Only clarification: listing shows 2.5 baths, but it’s actually 1.5 baths. 1 full with shower/tub downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs.”

“First time in Swampscott and hopefully won’t be the last! The house was warm, welcoming, and charming. There’s a delicious Thai restaurant, frozen yogurt shop, and brunch place within 5 minutes (walking) from the house. The beach is also walking distance. Everything is really accessible and close by, within 5-20 minute walk. I was in town for a wedding and was able to find a great nail salon and barber. The check in process was seamless. Pro tip: there’s 4 different doors to get into the house....

Terrific location (5-10 minutes from town), Lauren was always available to answer questions. Owner gives very thorough instructions on how to use appliances, etc. Lots to do in the area. ”

“My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!”
