“Owner provided clear directions and direct cell phone number while we were at the property in case we had questions or needed help. Wonderful communicative and responsive host!! Property is in a convenient location. We rented a golf cart and bike for our stay. Plenty of restaurants and live music in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels. “This is such a sweet, cozy cottage! The owners are artists and we loved walking through the house and looking at all their artworks. The location is fantastic---right at the beginning (or end) of the Bradenton Riverwalk, it's an easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Bradenton. The Riverwalk is also a great place to walk/jog/exercise. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the people go by and see the river across the street. “My wife and I stayed at this property while visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area. We loved our stay at the Villa. The property is very charming, well appointed with everything you will need, and the attention to detail is amazing. We loved the courtyard and all it had to offer, including the pool. The location is great and the owners are wonderful. We will stay here again when we revisit the area.”

“The home was exactly as described. Our stay was amazing; great location and amenities. The owner provided everything including large pots for cooking Christmas dinner. The only thing I didn't like was the cost to heat the pool. I recommend this house and will use it again in the summer to enjoy the pool when the water is warmer.”

“Very disappointing property. Only 1 of the 2 showers worked ans that shower had no hot water for the entire stay. We followed the directions in the house binder and sent a text to the property manager who never responded. We also alerted VRBO via chat, we were told that they were reaching out to the local team - again no one ever followed up. We had no hot water for showers the entire stay. The house is worn and dated. While VRBO was responsive, ultimately our issue was never resolved.”
