“It was our fist time not staying in a hotel in Chicago, but it was as good. The flat was very clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, fitting perfectly 8 people. There is a wide offer of different restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus stop 1 min away and the train station 12-15 minutes walking connecting to the city centre and the airport. John was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the expected time.”

“Great location and room to spread out while in the city. Minimalist furnishings but everything you need. High end TV and awesome reclining couch. The highlight of the stay though was the responsiveness of the owner, both to help with parking and then later to fully replace the toilet that developed a leak. Super speedy repairs on a late night Saturday night that was also a post holiday weekend. A!!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! We were visiting Chicago for a fun weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary. The location was on a quiet street but within close walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and very quiet in a beautiful, historic building. We highly recommend Tempo Cafe for breakfast. On our last morning in town, we actually saw Larry David, Jeff Garlin and Susie Essman at brunch there! ”

“The owner definitely pays attention to details. It had towels laid out in these cute little baskets a well stocked kitchen in terms of tools and the decor was very charming. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is an older building so the water pressure in the shower was low, there's no dishwasher and it is a 2 flat and the upstairs unit controlled the heat and we were on the first floor.”

“Stayed with my husband and our two preteens. I grew up in Oak Park and chose this based off of location and it was perfect. Walkable neighborhood, close to the El and downtown Oak Park. The house was clean and comfortable, on top of having the quintessential Oak Park / Chicago vibe Communication was easy so was check in and out. I would choose to stay here again for sure!”
