“Pros: Great location!! Close to wrigley & blocks from cta!Clean & tidy. Nice big bathroom & shower! Coffee, Micro & mini fridge, but no sink.Cons: Floors above were creaky, Tv didn’t have any volume. Was hoping it could be fixed while we were gone all day, but no luck. :/”

The listing mentioned two twin beds (4 total beds) but there was only one twin (3 total beds) luckily it wasn’t a big issue for my group because there were 3 air mattresses and the couch if need be. You’ll definitely hear the upstairs neighbors if you have them but it only affected our sleep one night. Thank you for the stay. ”

“This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is spacious for a one bedroom with a decent sized kitchen, a dining room table and a cozy living room area with a smart TV that allowed us to log in to all our different streaming services. The king-sized bed is quite comfortable. The apartment is in an older building with cast iron heaters, so if you aren't used to those, be warned they can be noisy, but they do keep the apartment toasty warm in the winter.The location is excellent. “This is the perfect home base for your family if you're visiting the museums in Chicago. It's a short drive to the Museum of Science and Industry, Field Museum, Soldier Field, etc. The apartment is lovely, updated and spacious, and there is plenty of (free) street parking. While some people express concern about south side areas, this neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe, with many homes being renovated and updated. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.”
