“Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...

“A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!”

“We live in Massachusetts but were in need a short getaway, some beach time and hiking. The Cape is perfect for this. We found this location and the response to our requests as well got us off to a good start. The location was ideal. We got everywhere we wanted to go quickly. Once we realized (from the host) that Cold STorage Beach was around the corner, we were very happy. We spent a full day there - its amazing! We packed up after the sun went down. “1 BR on first floor, 5 BR on second floor. Numerous tvs everywhere. Nice patio and yard. Kitchen well stocked. Short walk to beach which is Hen Cove. Fun for kids to catch minnows, hermit crabs, shrimp. Beach is shallow and not crowded. Several restaurants close by to go out or get take out. Outdoor shower was perfect. We enjoyed our week. ”

“This is a really wonderful, well-laid out, well appointed property, great for large groups. We loved the amenities like the hot tub, grill, and ping pong table, and appreciated the open floor plan. The home is in a great location -- we went to Mayflower Beach most days, which is a short car ride away. We will highly consider returning to this property.”

“This lovely home could not have been better. Every single need was provided for, and then some. Some of our favorite things about it were the simple but lovely decor, the extreme cleanliness and neatness, the fresh scented linens, the great location in a sweet neighborhood. We loved the fire pit in the back, drinking wine under the stars. We loved“downtown” area. The owners went out their way to be kind and helpful. This is one of the nicest vrbos we have stayed at, and would love to return....

“The property was very clean and the inside was very well maintained and plenty of amenities. Walk to the beach was easy even with young children. Check-in and out and all communication was simple and painless. The outside of the property was usable but a bit neglected- there was an overgrown patio area and a slightly rickety deck. “We loved staying at this adorable little cottage! The house was so clean and exactly as pictured on-line. The host was very helpful and nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for our kids and dog to walk down to the little beach down the street. We highly recommend it and hope to come back next summer :) ”
